Getting started
How do I play?
Pick a pack on the home screen, tap a puzzle, choose a size and tap Play!. Drag pieces from the tray at the bottom onto the board. When a piece is close to its spot it snaps in and stays put. Place them all to finish the picture!
What are the four sizes?
Every puzzle plays at four sizes: Snowflake / Pumpkin Sprout (6 big pieces, picture always showing), Little Elf (12), Brave Reindeer (24) and North Pole Master (48). Each size earns its own sticker, so a favorite puzzle can be played four times.
I can't find where a piece goes. Help!
Tap the lightbulb button. It lights up the next piece in the tray and shows exactly where it belongs. Hints are unlimited and never cost anything. You can also turn on the Picture Guide from the pause menu to see a faint copy of the finished picture on the board.
What does the Shuffle button do?
It reorders the pieces in the tray. Handy when the one you want is hiding at the far end.
Progress & stickers
Will I lose my puzzle if I close the app?
No — every puzzle saves itself as you play. Open it again and the button reads Keep Going! instead of Play!, with all your placed pieces right where you left them.
How do I earn stickers?
Finish any puzzle at any size and a sticker goes into the Sticker Book (the ribbon button on the home screen). There is one sticker for every puzzle at every size — 200 in all.
How do I start a puzzle over?
A finished puzzle offers Play Again with a fresh shuffle. To wipe every sticker and every saved puzzle at once, use Reset All Progress in the grown-up settings — careful, that one can’t be undone!
I bought it on one device — can I install it on another?
Yes. Any iPhone or iPad signed in to the same Apple Account (or in the same Family Sharing group) can download it again from the App Store at no extra charge. Progress and stickers are stored per device and do not sync.
Grown-up settings
Which puzzles are free, and what do the packs cost?
Six puzzles in each season play free at every size. The Halloween Pack and Christmas Pack each unlock all 50 of their puzzles for a one-time $0.99; Both Seasons is $1.49. Purchases are handled by the App Store, work with Family Sharing, and can be restored on a new device from Grown-Ups → Puzzle Packs → Restore Purchases.
How do I get into the Grown-Ups settings?
Tap Grown-Ups on the home screen, press and hold the ornament for three seconds, then answer the multiplication question. A wrong answer simply asks a new question — nothing is lost. The gate is there so little hands can’t change settings by accident.
How do I turn the music or sounds off?
Tap the Sound button on the home screen to mute everything at once, or open the grown-up settings for separate Music, Sound Effects and Haptics switches. The app also respects your device’s silent switch.
Can I make it harder?
Turn on Piece Rotation in the grown-up settings. On the 48-piece North Pole Master size, pieces then arrive turned and a tap rotates them. You can also switch on the Timer and switch the Picture Guide off by default.
I'm left-handed — can the tray move?
On iPad in landscape, yes: turn on Tray on Left in the grown-up settings.
Privacy & safety
Does it need an internet connection?
No. Everything is built in, so it works in airplane mode. The app makes no network requests at all.
Are there ads or in-app purchases?
Never. The App Store price is the only charge, ever. There are no ads, no purchases, no accounts and no data collection — see our Privacy Policy.
