Every puzzle plays at four sizes, so the same picture suits a four-year-old today and a ten-year-old next holiday.
The first size is built for preschoolers: pieces the size of a thumb, a picture guide that never switches off, and a magnetic snap that forgives a wobbly drop. Then Little Elf (12) and Brave Reindeer (24) step it up.
The top size hides the picture guide by default and, if a grown-up switches it on, deals the pieces turned — a tap rotates them. A real challenge for older kids, on the very same artwork.
